We want to thank all of our loyal customers and welcome new customers! After over 4 years of being in business, Eyeletopia! has grown from a little, family-owned ebay storefront, to a blossoming and dependable stand-alone business. We have worked hard to provide responsive, personalized, and professional customer service to all or our customers, while maintaining our small size and independence. We have done this through tireless effort, many 24/7 workweeks, and eyelets working their way into every nook of our home!
With the growing responsibilities of a growing family, we have decided to make some changes in our allocation of time, changes that we think will ultimately be beneficial for everyone. We do this with the overall intention of having dedicated, focused time so that we can be even more responsive to our customers, and even more focused on the professional and personal touch that we have built Eyeletopia! upon. However, instead of being able to receive an instant response to your email sent at 1:00 a.m. or have an order shipped the day it was placed, you will now have clear expectations of when you will receive a response to your emails, and when you will receive your orders.
Starting August 1st, we will be instituting a new shipping timeframe and regular "office" hours. Read more about our shipping time-frames HERE.
All regular emails, (including general inquiries, order updates, and other general correspondence) will be responded to on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We have set up a unique email address for "urgent" emails, however. For urgent concerns, please fax (include email contact info - 636-444-4201) or email us at urgent@eyeletopia.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
